Chef's Restaurant Christophe Bocquillon and his fine terroir cuisine are to be found in one of these manor houses, distinguished guardians of the city. The proud early 20th-century building exudes a bourgeois air, with its tree-lined garden and handsome salons, where the 2023 winner of the Terroir d'exception trophy continues his regional work. Imaginative dishes include shellfish bavaroise, green asparagus and bergamot yoghurt mousse, steamed Crisenon trout, smoked white asparagus and wild garlic pesto, beef cannelloni with meurette garnish and red wine sauce, hot soufflé with Mr. Noël's mirabelle plums and passion fruit heart. Beautiful classic cellar.
