Chef's Restaurant Christophe Bocquillon's restaurant, which we honored a few years ago, remains one of the city's most endearing and original. This is due to the personality of the chef, who doesn't follow fashions but his own path, to his savoir-faire, and to the atmosphere of this noble house in its long-established garden (it was once the Jardin des Remparts). Live the moment to the full, with a menu that's always rooted and always unique, featuring ravioles of chicken mousseline in vegetable broth, steamed trout in aïoli, spring vegetable veal quasi with "à manger" sauce, and wild Morvan blackberry soufflé with meringue coulis. But you can also choose the more relaxed option with aperitifs (acras, hummus, oysters...) and timeless dishes (tartare, matured charolais...). Large connoisseur's cellar.
