Remarkable Restaurant The setting may be solemn, the ritual respected, with "soup and dry bread" on the menu that changes with each moon, and is numbered as such, but above all, after meditating and attending the three low masses, like the parish priest of Cucugnan, you come to enjoy a bit of a feast. This is thanks to the talent of Thibaut Ruggeri, who spares no effort in renewing his dishes according to the seasons, choosing only the highest quality produce: pressed skate with nettle and green tomato ketchup, monkfish from Lorient, chard and bramble fumet, mallard duck and beet pate... The winner of the 2013 Bocuse d'or award has a lot on his plate, and his creations are eagerly awaited each month by a large number of loyal customers. Desserts are just as successful, and the cellar is fully stocked in the region, with good references elsewhere.
