Chef's Restaurant Since 1822, La Pyramide has been a family-run inn, delighting not only the people of the Isère region, but also the many tourists and holidaymakers who travel south on the A7 motorway. Of course, it's Patrick Henriroux's cuisine, but it's also the legacy of all those years spent bringing this region to life, with pampered and respected staff. The PH3 space adjoining the gourmet restaurant lets you enjoy the magnificent French garden in summer, and the plant-filled veranda in winter. The 4X4 formula (4 starters, 4 main courses, 4 desserts) allows you to choose between French classics, such as calf's head cooked in broth or shellfish quenelles. There are also veggie options, like these very interesting manioc flour gnocchi with caramelized onion purée, and this lovely dessert featuring apple and jasmine in a soft, tangy sorbet. The tastes are there, frank and sincere, the interplay of textures and the work on mousses taking us back to the cuisine of the 80s... The wine list features a fine selection of ten bottles to sample wines from the Rhône Valley and beyond!
