Gault&Millau's review2026
The final word of the house could be duality, in balance and transmission. Between vine and garrigue, land and sea, ancient and modern, father and son Chenet complement each other perfectly to offer this precious stopover in a natural environment also swinging between Provence and Languedoc. Fine products, respected and mastered: cream of green asparagus with mustard ice cream from the Popes, free-range poultry in pressé, smoked leek supremes with foie gras, pistachio vinaigrette, lemon cracker, grapefruit, praline crumble and fromage blanc sorbet, almond milk cappuccino... Large cellars on shelves, wine by the glass, pity, many attentive service in a traditional atmosphere.
