Chef's Restaurant In an evocative natural setting just north of Avignon, this former mas expresses an authentic and generous Provencal world, supported by traditional architecture, inspiring landscapes and a perfectly preserved art of living. To welcome you, father and son chefs Serge and Maxime Chenet and their wives, serving great regional gastronomy and a well-equipped hotel. The menus reveal a true sensitivity and mastery in keeping with the two chefs' prestigious backgrounds: grilled sardine, marinated watermelon and fennel, fir bud balsamic, lobster and crab, heirloom tomatoes and Paradiso virgin oil, tomato coulis and wasabi tips, Vaunage snails, purple artichoke, lovage cappuccino and vegetable herbs, back of cod in lemon viennoiserie, shellfish nage with garden tarragon, Alpilles lamb in declension, eggplant and fresh Piolenc garlic cromesquis with ras el-hanout perfume, peppermint parfait glacé, Arabica emulsion and cocoa nougatine. Very fine cellar with several hundred references, especially in Côtes-du-Rhône.
