Gourmet Restaurant A contemporary 4* hotel of remarkable elegance, with an exceptional panoramic terrace overlooking the Eiffel Tower and La Défense, as well as Notre-Dame de Paris cathedral. In the kitchen, chef Othoniel Alvarez Castaneda combines different cultures to create an international menu, combining European, Asian and Central American influences. Dishes can be enjoyed at dinner or on the go. Discover cauliflower with peanut sauce and macha salsa, chicken tacos, sea bass en papillote, chocolate ganache, mole and creamy coffee. Good service.
