Gault&Millau's review2025
A truly beautiful stopover on the banks of the Loue, where the river unfurls all its charms in the greenery. This sincere, welcoming village inn is well worth a stop, and even a stay, as Charles Ritz once did. At the table, the Walter family offers a fine vision of the terroir in a family atmosphere: pike mousseline, mushroom and yellow wine crust, wild pike-perch pavement, trout meunière, free-range poultry. You can get off to a good start with a small fry (chef Jean-Claude Walter is also a fisherman), before embarking on this fine €47 menu.
