Presentation

With a Master's degree in Language Sciences, FaniryRazafimahefa joined Gaster in 2018 as a waitress to finance her studies. She quickly became involved in service and room management, establishing herself as a key member of the team.

Learning about wine and immersion in the field

"I didn't know much about the restaurant business when I joined Gaster, but I quickly felt at ease. I also made a lot of progress in my knowledge of wines, visiting winemakers and taking part in wine fairs", she recounts.

Room manager and partner for the past two years, Faniry contributes to the success of Chez Gaster Tours thanks to her professionalism, passion for wine and sense of hospitality, offering customers a complete gastronomic experience.
