Gourmet Restaurant Under the benevolent and expert eye of Michel Portos, a new restaurant to discover in the city's backstreets. With a short menu, carefully prepared dishes and quality products, the complete sequence at around €55 is justified, with the butternut, mushroom and smoked bacon perfect egg, the kumquat cauliflower sweetbread with brown juice or the peach of the day with sorrel lingots, and a simple dessert such as the chocolate cream with tonka praline mousse and clementine.
