A gourmet address that has Boulonnais and others on the run. Emile Cotte's bourgeois bistro cuisine blends the rustic with the refined, and his plates are enticing and generous, across menus and menus: a thick slice of pâté en croûte de canard, green chillies and red onion pickles, before a gargantuan vol-au-vent "cardinal", with sweetbreads, sot l'y laisse, crêtes de coq, boudin blanc, lobster, mushrooms and truffles, a pure moment of pleasure for a ripailleur!!! To finish, a light touch with kiwi-lime-sorbet ginger pavlova. To accompany this cuisine, a wine list offering a wide choice of winemakers with more than affordable prices. Friendly staff.
