A superb setting for a traditional Parisian brasserie, to which Cyril Lignac has given a modern, well-traveled touch in the kitchen, while retaining his fine beef dishes. After grilled squid with chorizo sauce or crispy shrimp with spices, there's chuck steak, fillet of beef with satay spices, grilled tournedos or, as a variation, cheeseburger or eggplant parmigiana, complemented by some exceptional cuts (Pie Rouge, Argentine Angus, Black Pearl...). Correct cellar with some great bottles.
