Gourmet Restaurant Cyril Lignac's table, in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, is a fine tribute to the chic, hushed style of the brasseries of the 1950s. Subdued lighting, marble counters and floral wallpaper, tall chairs and brown leather banquettes, art deco dividers, for timeless elegance. The menu oscillates between the traditional and the trendy: crispy salmon sushi with citrus and chipotle, croque-monsieur with black truffle, lobster roll, shrimp and lobster, avocado and cocktail sauce, a sweetbread and poultry vol-au-vent with Albufera sauce, a fine apple tart with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce. Classic cellar (Dureuil-Janthial, domaine de Chevalier, Gangloff, domaine de Trévallon etc.).
