Chef's Restaurant A beautiful part of the countryside, a real inn in the Saâne valley where Mélanie and Alexandre now welcome their regulars (who were already loyal to the previous address in the village) in the best possible conditions, in the pretty rustic-modern setting of a Norman longère, with greenery all around. The chef can express himself by pleasing everyone: ray wing effiloché, smoked herring egg, pickles, Vibeuf chicken, poached and roasted, coconut beans in cappuccino, basil pesto, strawberries and pistachio joconde, white chocolate ganache, Sichuan pepper in the excellent 38 € menu renewed according to the season. Excellent work by Mélanie (winner of the "Accueil" prize on the Gault&Millau Tour), who also knows how to recommend a cellar that's quite specialized for the region and, above all, personal.
