Sponsored Al'dente Trattoria is a restaurant, caterer, delicatessen and events service for individuals and professionals, offering a unique gourmet experience. "Authenticity is at the heart of our values: respect for Italian traditions, rigorous selection of ingredients, partnerships with artisans and choice of quality raw products sourced directly from Italy," emphasizes Lucie Badran. Together with her husband, Charlie Badran, they created this establishment, inviting diners to discover the richness and diversity of Italian cuisine in a friendly atmosphere cultivated by a caring team. Chef Baptiste Milon prepares fresh pasta and ravioli, foccacia and panuozzo, arancini... and delicious desserts, including a 100% homemade tiramisù. In winter, enjoy an Italian raclette with Fontina DOP. And in fine weather, on the terrace, the typical aperitivo is served with generous planks of charcuterie and cheese.
