Gault&Millau's review2026
In this elegantly rustic 17th-century building, chef Anne-Sophie Godry offers classic cuisine revisited using local produce. The à la carte menu is complemented by chic and expensive menus at €78 and €92 depending on the number of courses, in the house vein of classically prepared prestige products with a contemporary twist: : scallops in two textures, one roasted with Jerusalem artichoke balls, chestnuts, Jerusalem artichoke risotto and one raw marinated, lemon, chives, Espelette pepper and covered with a wasabi jelly, sole with herbs, a little dry, burnt grelot onions, mushroom royale and onion broth with truffle oil, canon de agneau de lait rosé, coco beans, thyme-lemon emulsion, garlic cream and savory lamb jus before the two desserts: the first is full of crunch and freshness with apple-kiwi-clementine and the second is all sweetness, light vanilla mousse hidden under a veil of sugar. Friendly staff, pleasant setting and wine list from all regions...
