Chef's Restaurant Anne-Sophie Godry, who was chef de partie at the same place, has logically taken over from Alain Mihura. She has retained some of the former chef's legendary dishes: lacquered calf's head, XXL shrimp, avocado gribiche, sweetbreads and paris-brest, chicory custard, while innovating with plates of her own (although be careful not to reduce portions too much): two-course pan-seared chipirons, rocket risotto and squid tagliatelle, squid ink caviar; sole meunière, pan-seared mushrooms, fregola sarda with smoked tea, parsley emulsion; pig plate, lentil ravioli, curry-coconut emulsion, broccoli purée with blood orange, pig jus with corn. Desserts already well accomplished, such as the chocolate sphere, praline feuillantine, roasted brioche, dark chocolate mousse, brioche ice cream. A fairly classic wine list, with a substantial choice, and friendly, well-trained staff.
