Passionate about cookingfrom an early age , thanks in particular to the TV shows "Bon Appétit Bien Sûr" and "Oui Chef!"Vivien Sonzogni enrolled at the Lycée Hôtelier de Poligny, where so many top chefs passed through their ranks, and where hemet his future partner, Noémie Paris.
