Chef de service : 1 restaurant A native of São Paulo, Jamile Estevao Aleixo started out in the restaurant business at the age of 17 and continued her career in France. Today, she is learning alongside Alan Geaam and dreams of opening her own restaurant.

Originally from São Paulo , Jamile Estevao Aleixo began serving at the age of 17 at her hometown's Outback Steakhouse. "I met my future husband in this restaurant. He was a cook there. We had the opportunity to leave Brazil and move to France, where I took a CAP in restaurant production and service before doing a sandwich course with Alan Geaam. "
A passion passed on daily
This young mother of a five-year-old boy, Gabriel, says she is fascinated by the richness and attention to detail of her chef's cuisine. Still an apprentice, she has a clear dream: to open a restaurant with her husband, now a chef in an Alsatian specialty restaurant.
