Today, she is learning alongside Alan Geaam and dreams of opening her own restaurant.Originally from São Paulo , Jamile Estevao Aleixo began serving at the age of 17 at her hometown's Outback Steakhouse. "I met my future husband in this restaurant. He was a cook there. We had the opportunity to leave Brazil and move to France, where I took a CAP in restaurant production and service before doing a sandwich course with Alan Geaam. "

This young mother of a five-year-old boy, Gabriel, says she is fascinated by the richness and attention to detail of her chef's cuisine. Still an apprentice, she has a clear dream: to open a restaurant with her husband, now a chef in an Alsatian specialty restaurant.
