Chef : 1 restaurantFabrice Arnould began his career at Bistro Romain in Metz, where he is originally from. He then moved to the Domaine de la Grange aux Ormes, in Marly, under the management of Alexis Baudin. From chef de partie, he moved up to second and then chef. " That's where I cut my teeth, working on a more refined cuisine using local produce. We were 100% fresh and 100% homemade," he recalls.
Later, Fabrice Arnould became a chef-caterer with a friend; " we even set up a small boutique, Maison Nadé, in 2012" . Five years later, he took over the reins of the Aux Saveurs du Terroir restaurant in Guéret (Creuse), as chef and manager. " I missed the restaurant business, " he explains.
Since 2015, Fabrice Arnould has been chef at the Brasserie des Arts et Métiers in Metz. His Master Restaurateur title, obtained in 2017, is now accompanied by the Tradition d'Aujourd'hui Gault&Millau Grand Est 2023 trophy. It's a guarantee of traditional, high-quality, home-cooked cuisine based on regional produce.
