For its first edition, Sirha Méditerranée is moving to Marseille. From March 15 to 17, 2026, the Parc Chanot (114 Rond-Point du Prado, 13008 Marseille) will host this trade show dedicated to the culinary professions, offering a meeting place and a source of inspiration for players in the hotel, restaurant and food service sectors.

The Mediterranean art of living

Formerly known as Food'n Sud, the show was acquired by the GL events group and is now part of the Sirha ecosystem, building on the success of the Lyon show since 1983. The objective is clear: to highlight the richness and diversity of the Mediterranean region's hotel and gastronomy industry, in a friendly and inspiring setting.

Marseille, often considered the culinary capital of the Mediterranean, offers the ideal setting for this professional gathering. Here, gastronomy, savoir-faire and the Mediterranean art of living meet and celebrate, while promoting trade and business opportunities between local and international players.

A place to meet, exchange and discover

Over 3,000 m², 290 exhibitors will be showcasing their innovations and services in seven sectors:

  • Bakery, pizza and snacking
  • delicatessen
  • Food products
  • Coffee and beverages
  • kitchen equipment
  • Digital solutions and services
  • Lifestyle and indoor

A start-up hub will also showcase new initiatives and trends in the sector.

What's on the program? Masterclasses, events and talks, dedicated to the major challenges facing the sector. There will also be an international competition: the Sirha Bocuse d'Or European selection, presided over by Gérald Passédat, in which twenty European teams will compete in three 5.30-hour events.

Prestigious guests

Among the chefs and experts expected to attend are Alexandre Mazzia, Valentin Raffali and pastry chef Jérôme Raffaelli. The event brings together the men and women who shape the food and lifestyle sectors. Sirha Méditerranée declared on its Instagram page: " Chefs, experts, leading brands and committed figures will be meeting in Marseille to bring out the food service solutions of the southern rim. "
