This 4-toque chef invites you to enjoy a gourmet dinner at a secret location
On September 18, 2026, Chef Philippe Mille (Arbane, 4 toques) will host “Secret Table,” a gourmet dinner whose location will not be revealed until the last minute, as part of the Relais du Goût in Reims.
On Friday, September 18, 2026, Chef Arbane (4 toques), Philippe Mille, and the Mille et Un! association will host a unique gastronomic experience in Reims: a dinner whose location will remain a secret until the very last moment. Called “Secret Table,” this evening is part of the third edition of Relais du Goût, taking place September 18–20, 2026.
A dinner built around secrecy
The concept is simple: guests will not learn the venue’s address until the very last moment. After being welcomed at a designated meeting point, they will be escorted to an iconic site of Reims’ heritage, opened exclusively for the occasion and transformed into a gourmet dining venue for the evening. The menu, the food and champagne pairings, the table settings, the lighting, and the staging will all be designed to harmonize with the architecture and history of the chosen site.
Highlighting Reims’ heritage
For the chef of the Arbane restaurant, the goal goes beyond that of a simple gourmet dinner: it’s about creating a dialogue between cuisine, champagne, and heritage, and transforming the venue into the central element of the experience rather than merely a backdrop. This initiative is led by the association Mille et Un !, founded in 2015 by Philippe Mille to promote the gastronomic heritage of the Grand Est region and pass on the expertise of the culinary arts.
A Highlight of the Relais du Goût
Secret Table is one of the highlights of the third edition of the Relais du Goût, which will bring together 41 chefs, 58 Champagne houses, winemakers, and cooperatives in Reims, along with some 250 culinary events featuring tastings, workshops, and tours. The experience is priced at 350 euros per person; all proceeds will be donated to the Trophée Mille, a competition designed to promote apprenticeships and careers in the hospitality and restaurant industry. Tickets are available on the Relais du Goût website.
