It's a symbolic move as much as a promise of renewal. After more than a decade on the rue du Louvre, Anne-Sophie Pic is preparing to redeploy her talent in a place charged with meaning and creation. In 2026, the chef will bring to an end the adventure of La Dame de Pic Paris, her triply toqué restaurant opened in 2012, the better to reinvent herself a few steps away. in autumn, she will take over the recently refurbished spaces of the Fondation Cartier pour l'art contemporain, now located on rue de Rivoli, in the 1st arrondissement.
A new Parisian adventure
Conceived as a new departure, this project is in keeping with Anne-Sophie Pic's creative approach. In this singular setting, at the crossroads of gastronomy and art, the chef will offer original creations inspired by her philosophy of "Imprégnation", a sensitive approach where flavors are built up through layers, memories and emotions. While the exact format of the restaurant has yet to be specified, the announcement of a bar already hints at a plural experience, open to exploration. It will also be an opportunity to highlight the research being carried out into mixology, in collaboration with Paz Levinson, sommelier with the Pic group. It's a way of further broadening the scope of pairings and extending the dialogue between food and drink, a signature of the house.
A leading figure in French haute gastronomy, Anne-Sophie Pic is also pursuing her international expansion. Around her emblematic Valence home (4 toques), which also houses a hotel and the Bistrot André (2 toques), she is expanding her universe to Lausanne, Hong Kong, Dubai and Bangkok. She also lends her culinary vision to Dior's cafés and restaurants in Asia. With this new Parisian address, the chef confirms her taste for audacious projects and meaningful places.
