A celebration of Moroccan gastronomy and the art of the table
The announcement was made at a press conference at the Conrad Rabat on Monday, October 20, 2025: a Moroccan edition of the Yellow Guide will be launched in May 2026.
For the launch of this guide, influential voices in Moroccan gastronomy gathered together (Khadija Bensdira, Fayçal Bitioui, Kandil Abdelkader, Aïcha Lahlou, Taher Ait Errami...), as did Moroccan chef Lahcen Hafid, who wears the ambassador jacket for this first book. The ceremony was presided over by Patrick Hayoun, President of Gault&Millau International and Steve Berdah, President of Gault&Millau Morocco.
Beyond the addresses it brings together, the Morocco guide aims to promote the diversity and flavors of Moroccan tables. The first edition of the guide will see the light of day in May 2026. The first investigators will set out to conquer the Kingdom's culinary riches in November 2025.
