The palace has just announced the appointment of Nina Haradji to head up the entire culinary offering. at 36, this talented chef now oversees the Camélia restaurant (1 toque), Bar 8 and room service, infusing the Rue Saint-Honoré establishment with modernity and boldness.

A chef with a prestigious career

Trained at Ferrandi, Nina Haradji was impressed by her encounter with Alain Passard, before continuing her career with Thierry Marx at the Sur Mesure restaurant at the Mandarin Oriental, Paris. Her appointment as chef at the palace marks the culmination of an exemplary career, combining technical excellence with artistic sensitivity.

A cuisine of emotions and products

Le Camélia's new menu celebrates French cuisine and local, seasonal produce, while integrating a sustainable approach that respects the environment.
