Throughout the year, a team of experts tasted almost 1,800 bottles during tastings orchestrated by our cellar master Laetitia Gautheron.from these sessions emerged an exceptional selection: 1,530 cuvées from 324 different estates, all commented on, rated and analyzed with precision.
Among them, 75 "coup de cœur" cuvées stood out. They are divided according to champagne type (blanc de blancs, vintage, demi-sec, prestige cuvées, etc.) to offer a complete panorama of the sector.
To complete this reference list, the guide includes stories about grape varieties, tasting tips, food and champagne pairing ideas, and a selection of decanters to help you appreciate champagne and savor every bubble. an ideal book to prepare for the festive season, or to put under the Christmas tree.
