Alessandra Montagne is the chef at Nosso, Tempero and Dana restaurants in Paris. When it comes to recommending good places to buy quality bread, cookies or even good beer, the chef is an inexhaustible resource.
Boulangerie Benoît Castel, Paris
Benoît Castel is undoubtedly one of the most famous bakers in Paris. He delights us with his cakes, but also with his decadent all-you-can-eat brunch offered every weekend on rue de Ménilmontant, in the 20ᵉ arrondissement. But if Alessandra Montagne particularly likes it, it's also for its "bread of yesterday and tomorrow, made with stale bread and really very good". An anti-gaspi approach that the Brazilian chef particularly appreciates.
