The Bernard Loiseau Group is preparing to open two new patisserie-chocolaterie boutiques in Megève and Metz in 2026, continuing the development begun with its first address in Saulieu in 2024. This project reflects the company's desire to make its already well-established sweet expertise more accessible to the general public, from the desserts offered in its bistros to the production of in-house chocolates.
A gourmet expansion rooted in the region
in Megève, the group will set up shop in the summer of 2026 in a place steeped in history, taking over a traditional chocolate and patisserie that has been in business for almost thirty years. Located at the entrance to the village, the future boutique will offer a wide range of sweet creations, from individual cakes to confectionery and sharing pieces, complemented by a savoury offering and delicatessen products. in Metz, scheduled to open in September, the store is an extension of the Loiseau de Lorraine restaurant. The boutique will offer a similar selection, with the addition of a few seats for on-the-spot tasting.
Faithful to its identity, Loiseau is banking on a clear, gourmet taste signature, with each boutique aiming to showcase local specialties and adapt to the highlights of the calendar, from the end-of-year festivities to Easter creations. With these new openings, the Loiseau Group confirms its ambition to make a lasting impact on the high-end pastry scene, combining a gastronomic experience with openness to the general public.
