New for 2024

The two patrons of this year's event also hosted a conference for Ferrandi-Paris students from the Rennes Campus. Some forty young people were present, including 2nd-year students in Hotel and Restaurant Management, as well as 3rd-year students in Culinary Arts and Entrepreneurship.

A great opportunity for these future talents to exchange views with their elders on their career paths, their world, their feedback after having opened one (or more) establishment(s), and to nurture future entrepreneurial projects.
