This pastry makes us love school supplies
Before leaving the Ritz Paris, its head pastry chef, François Perret, has come up with two latest creations. Always at the heart of his playful universe, these pastries make for a gentler return to school benches.
After-school comfort! Ritz Paris le Comptoir reinvents its back-to-school collection, with sweet creations that will delight the taste buds of little schoolchildren, and awaken the nostalgia of older ones...
François Perret is back to school
First of all, the unmissable Ritz au Lait is evolving for the new school year. It features a cocoa-hazelnut shortbread reminiscent of childhood, and a creamy rice pudding with a hazelnut chip spread. A chocolate calculator is also included, to help you get to grips with mathematics.
In the same theme, a new entremets is born, again in trompe-l'œil éclair style. The choux pastry cookie contains a pistachio mousse and cream, and is decorated with a chocolate graduated ruler.

Classics revisited
To accompany these two novelties, the collection is completed by the return of Madeleine Cacahuète, a madeleine with salted peanut chips, a melting caramel heart and a milk chocolate glaze. And for the first time, the Cookie Marbré is available in individual format. It features a chocolate and vanilla paste, roasted pecans, white chocolate ganache and dark chocolate chips. Sharing versions are always available.
