Cédric et la Chocolaterie: Cédric Grolet's new gourmet universe

Cédric et la Chocolaterie: Cédric Grolet's new gourmet universe

Having left his mark on the world of patisserie with his trompe-l'œil creations, Cédric Grolet now ventures into the world of chocolate. An immersive place where childhood dreams meet artisan know-how.

The pastry chef expands his offer with a new address: Cédric et la Chocolaterie, an obvious reference to Roald Dahl's novel. With this opening, he is fulfilling a dream he has nurtured since childhood: to offer a creative, enchanting and gourmet experience.

Cédric Grolet takes chocolate and confectionery by storm

After numerous creations and a definite media success at Le Meurice and in his personal boutiques, Cédric Grolet is now taking chocolate by storm! A new opening he has created "just as he dreamed it would be as a child".

In its new setting in the Opéra district of Paris, everything seems to be made of chocolate, from floor to ceiling, to offer a totally immersive experience. A wall evoking a chocolate fountain and trees worthy of a fairy tale complete the decor.

It took three years of research to bring this project to life and design the first collection. Dark, milk and white chocolates, cookies, cakes, gummy bears, fruit jellies and orangettes share the stage. Creations that are both visual and tasty, just like his pastries.

While these few products have already been unveiled, you'll have to wait until the official opening to discover the chef's entire chocolate collection.

  • Opening on Saturday, October 18 at 11 a.m
  • Where? 33, avenue de l'Opéra, 75002 Paris
