Chef's Restaurant A classic that's always appreciated, a solid table that maintains its level of comfort and tradition, thanks to the Védrines family, with Kevin now at the helm of the kitchens, offering a new lease of life. The region is showcased with traditional recipes, such as zarzuela or pareillade de poissons, but also through its products used with finesse, such as carpaccio de carn de parol or magret mousseline de carotte et sauce banyuls rouge.
