Exceptional Hotel
With a breathtaking view of Notre-Dame de Reims, Caserne Chanzy is located on the cathedral's forecourt, in the restored 1926 fire station that gave it its name. Inspired by the region in which it is located, the decoration of the rooms and suites, designed by Julie Fuillet Studio, brings to life the effervescence of Champagne and the surrounding vineyards. Breakfast is also an ode to the Champagne region, with local, artisanal and seasonal products. Right in the heart of the city of Rém, the hotel is a stone's throw from all the city's tourist attractions, including the Hôtel Fau and the Halles du Boulingrin.
A 450 m2 spa completes the stay, immersing guests in a modern and refined setting, where they can enjoy the swimming pool, hydromassage jets, sauna and hammam, as well as treatment rooms and a fitness room. In terms of gastronomy, the La Grande Georgette restaurant (2 toques) overlooks the cathedral from its terrace. It offers typical local cuisine. More recently, the hotel also unveiled its brasserie: Little Georgette. It offers a faster, more casual service, but still focuses on seasonal and local produce.
