A dignified and not uninteresting hotel cuisine in the beautiful setting of this charming house overlooking the estuary. A wide-ranging menu with traditional basics that have been modernized to suit the season: brandade de cabillaud coulis de poivron rouge, médaillon de lotte bouillon de coquillages pommes vapeur, parmentier de canard. Expectant desserts (baba, crème brûlée, chocolate tart...), dedicated service.
