Exceptional Hotel L'Assiette Champenoise, one of France's most prestigious restaurants, was founded by Colette and Jean-Pierre Lallement and is now run by their son Arnaud, who has turned it into the exceptional restaurant it is today. Less well known, however, is the fact that this fine establishment also offers 33 rooms and suites furnished with the same sense of luxury and refinement, combining vast spaces, resolutely contemporary decor and, in some cases, terraces and baths with Jacuzzis. Last but not least, there's a beautiful swimming pool, available to guests of the establishment.
