Gault&Millau's review 2025

L'Assiette Champenoise is one of France's most prestigious restaurants, founded by Colette and Jean-Pierre Lallement and now taken over by their son, Arnaud, who has turned it into the exceptional restaurant it is today. Less well known, however, is the fact that this beautiful house, with its brick facade typical of the region, also offers 25 rooms and suites, all decorated with the same sense of luxury and refinement, combining vast spaces, resolutely contemporary decor and, in some cases, terraces and bathtubs with Jacuzzis. Last but not least, there's a beautiful swimming pool (heated all year round), available to guests of the establishment.
