Description
Cheese dairy Located on a pedestrian shopping street in Old Antibes, Stéphane Borychowski's cheese shop has been a favorite with cheese lovers since late 2022. Depending on the season, customers can choose from 120 to 130 local and foreign products, made from raw goat's, ewe's and cow's milk. They choose with confidence, because the cheese-maker, who is passionate about gastronomy, has tasted and approved everything he offers in his pretty boutique: cheeses, delicatessen products, charcuterie, terrines, and much more. Special mention goes to Stéphane's creations, such as Brie with walnuts and pistachios, and even truffles depending on the season, or fresh goat's cheese with pistachios and local honey, as well as figs. The discoveries are each more delicious than the last, and the value for money is much appreciated by customers. Last but not least, the artisan never fails to prepare magnificent custom-made platters. "Over time, I've honed my knowledge of my customers' tastes, and I know how to advise them in their choices to satisfy them on every visit," concludes Stéphane.
