Pastry A friendly team surrounds Claude Thévenin. And so are the pastries. In addition to the classic forêt-noire, a weekend staple along with saint-honoré, baba chantilly (a little extra rum on request), millefeuille praliné (strawberries or apples to order), fruit macaroons or macaronades (giant 6-person macaroons with pistachio or rose mousse and raspberry fruit) rank high on our list of delicacies from this pretty boutique.
