Sylvette and Christophe Le Bourdais welcome you to their ideally located butcher's shop. A fine selection of beef (blonde d'Aquitaine), milk-fed veal from Corrèze, poularde and capon from Bresse attest to their in-house professionalism. The tripe is made on site, as are the terrines and head cheeses that will deliciously top your sandwiches. Nice beef en croûte.
