Eric Delagarde, a baker and baker's son, and Pierre-André Segura, an experienced pastry chef, are united in their quest for a world of better eating. They had to learn all over again to tame the 100% natural raw materials, especially the ancient wheat flours... The range is small (albeit) but totally mastered. In the store, you can buy bread, Viennese pastries and travel cakes. On the snack side, delicious old-fashioned sandwiches are served on the premises or as takeaways. The products follow the same balanced and responsible production chain as the wheat. The subtle, flavorful combinations are also aesthetically appetizing. The bread, lightly toasted to order, adds fragrance, crunch and softness.
