Bakery Before becoming a businessman, Rodolphe Landemaine acquired a sense of the product. With a solid grounding as a baker-pastry chef, it was with the Compagnons du Devoir that he perfected his skills, working with leading figures in the profession. Since 2004, he has enjoyed a string of successes at all the addresses he has created. His perfectionist touch is reflected in breads with airy, fragrant crumbs and thick, crunchy crusts; rye cakes; cocoa bread with chocolate chips; a soft kougelhopf and seasonal cakes with a Japanese touch, such as Mont Blanc...
