Opened over twenty years ago, the Pawly patisserie is a benchmark in its field, run by Sébastien Pawly, who has worked with the likes of Pierre Hermé and Nicolas Boussin. The pastry chef distinguishes himself with classics as well as his own creations: pavlova, saint-honoré, entremet guérande with chocolate and salted butter caramel, bora bora with almonds, passion fruit, raspberry, mango and pineapple. We also recommend our chocolates and confectionery. The house also offers ice creams and catered dishes.
