After almost twenty years in Pont-l'Abbé, the bakery has moved its breads and its high reputation to Plonéour-Lanvern, just a few kilometers away. High-quality bread made with organic flours on stone millstones, the old-fashioned way, a slow process that doesn't force nature, letting the sprouts take their course for optimal results. You'll find them at the Quimper organic market on Friday afternoons, and at the big market on Saturday mornings.
