The Le Cleach family has been running bakeries in Brittany since 1901. Bruno Struillou and his wife Danièle run 6 establishments. A blend of innovation and tradition, it's the quality of the products that counts. How else to perpetuate centuries-old recipes and their secrets? Ideas abound, with galettes des rois with Bigouden beans, a contest for the most beautiful Christmas window display, a tasting day for wheat and black rye pies, traditional baguettes... and a new approach to modern bakery.
