Rotisserie Trained as a chef, Mickael Barcelo decided to open his own rotisserie in 2022. His ambition? To sublimate the art of roasting meat on a spit. Two years later, the least we can say is that the gamble paid off. With flying colors! With its carefully selected chickens, pigs and suckling lambs, perfect cooking, tender flesh, delicate crispness and subtle marinades, its roasted meats melt in the mouth and are a real treat for the taste buds. Pork ribs with honey barbecue sauce, turkey knuckle of ham, Mexican chicken breast, roasted pistachio sausage are just some of the delicacies on offer. As Mickaël says, "This is a veritable Ali Baba's cave of rotisserie food! Of course, the side dishes are just as varied and homemade: ratatouille, mashed potatoes, creamed spinach and much more.
