A few beautiful labels provide the pretext for either filling the rack and preparing a festive dinner, or an equally festive nibble around a selected charcuterie (the 48-month-aged pata negra, for example), foie gras, salmon tartar and, for the hungrier or successive glasses, petit salé or pintade aux choux. Good times, between visitors and locals.
