Accompanied by his brother, Yann, he opened Mélhan Traiteur in homage to his children, Mélynda and Nolhan (hence the contraction of their names). His partner, Nolwenn, and their teams, including reception manager Olivier Lopes, offer pleasure and beauty for private and corporate events: weddings, birthdays, christenings. They also help you find the venue of your dreams and reliable service providers (baby-sitter, DJ, photographer...). When it comes to cuisine, from appetizers to desserts (don't miss the sublime pièces montées!), they stand out for their commitment to French tradition. Among their must-try dishes are emblematic favourites such as tournedos of beef in foie gras sauce, guinea fowl stuffed with apples and 7 o'clock leg of lamb.
