Écardenville provides space for refining and storage. Over 250 m2, some 250 references from all regions are grouped together here, with a fine selection of locally-produced butters, fresh creams and yogurts from Normandy. This is the temple of cheese, where Ingrid and Frédéric Dutheil prepare their specialities: brie with mascarpone and gorgonzola, cheese puff pastry.
