Butchery
Laurent's arrival in 2014 at the head of the Trémont family charcuterie (where six generations have succeeded each other since 1847) gave it a new lease of life. Trained for two years at Potel et Chabot, a leading Parisian caterer, he puts all the know-how he acquired there to work for the people of Gers. In particular, he has adapted to new lifestyles and consumption patterns, creating a take-away delicatessen section and an online store, so that his customers can order from a distance (country ham, dried duck breast, canned terrines and rillettes...). It is the only charcuterie in the Gers to hold the Qualichef label, a guarantee of high quality.
