Milchel Galloyer is an old-fashioned bread-maker and the creator of Greniers à Pain. Warm breads all day long, to be eaten on the spot. Pain de 3 (delicious bread with rustic flour that keeps for 3 days), to taste alone or not. Pasta, puff pastry, everything is made on the spot and goes out within the day. Vanilla, dried fruit or orange cakes, chocolate-lime tarts, mille-feuilles... a Grenier well-stocked.
