Bakery
This is the little paradise of Ridha Khader, a Tunisian by birth who worked in his brother's bakery in France before setting up his own business. He works the dough by hand, letting it rest overnight, the know-how is mastered. His efforts were rewarded in 2013 with the prize for the best baguette in Paris, which opened the doors to supplying the Elysées and several ministries, and brought him a new clientele.
