Pastry Saint-Maurice-de-Cazevieille, a small village in the Gard region, would almost have been without fresh bread and gourmet desserts had the bakery in the heart of the village not been taken over. When Emmanuel and Noémi Tommasi set up shop, they were responding to the needs of the local and summer population, who were delighted to be able to buy quality artisan bread all year round. La Petite Maurice also supplies Celas, the baker's village where he has set up an annex! Wherever he is, he and his team offer a range of traditional breads with crusty baguettes, a variety of speciality breads and melt-in-the-mouth viennoiseries. A delicious selection of pastries is prepared for the weekend. On weekdays, the snack offer is perfect for a lunch on the go. For his sourdough breads, Mr. Tommasi buys exclusively from a miller in Mende, a partnership that has lasted for 10 years. This loyalty and commitment paint the picture of a baker who's good... like good bread.
