Bakery The "Flûte du Berger", made with a natural liquid sourdough that gives it a soft, melting crumb and a slightly tangy milky taste, continues to win over customers, as do the "Bolivien", with squash and quinoa seeds, the "Saint-Père" (wheat) and the "Germain" (rye), made with organic flours. Franck Debieu works with his colleagues to create original, high-quality breads, as well as beautiful pastries with subtle flavors. Another address in Sceaux.
