Description
Butchery Offering mainly creative services for events, this butcher's, delicatessen and caterer is rented out by its loyal customers. Its success is orchestrated by Lucie and Jonathan Hardy's love of the trade. In the butcher's shop, culinary enthusiasts will delight in the array of Blanc Bleu beef cuts, pork straight from the local farm, and poultry from the Côte d'Opale. In charcuterie, old-fashioned liver pâtés, garlic sausages with cheddar or comté cheese, and boudin blanc (voted third Best of France in 2017) are all to be savored with eyes closed. As a boutique caterer, everyday customers enjoy hot and cold starters, as well as ready-made dishes such as stews (blanquette, carbonade...) and lasagne (a must!). The establishment's solid reputation in the private events sector (birthdays, weddings, christenings...) is based on the quality of its comprehensive services: from the vin d'honneur to the dessert, or the service à l'assiette executed by an attentive team. The establishment operates in the premises of its partner, the Manoir du Grand Moulin, or in venues chosen by customers.
