The story of Philippe Olivier's family, in the cheese business for over a century, is a model of a well-built dynasty. Philippe's world began to open up in Boulogne, and we have to mention this store as the mother of the next twelve in the region. Philippe's achievement is to have been able to promote the cheeses of the North as well as to have relaunched new productions. The boutique bears witness to this dynamism, with a host of little-known farmhouse and artisanal varieties.
